For one Florida mom, a peaceful morning routine turned into a life changing moment. What began as a quiet swim along the shoreline — something she had done countless times before — quickly shifted when she came into contact with a shark in the water.
Officials say the woman, a mother of two, was swimming near the
coast when the shark approached. Witnesses rushed to help her, pulling her to safety and calling for emergency assistance. Thanks to their quick actions, she was transported to a nearby hospital where doctors began working to stabilize her.
